How long would it take for an order to arrive at my location?

Following your order’s submission. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after you receive the confirmation email. Following that, it will be shipped, and you will be given a tracking code so you can track your order. As a result, your jacket should be delivered to your home within 10-12 business days. We also offer expedited delivery but at a higher cost.

Which countries do you ship to?

Yellowstone Clothes ships to every country around the world. Several countries (OFAC countries) are removed from our list due to unexpected legal sanctions, regardless of whether we focus on a global consumer base. Apart from that, we never ship to Israel.

Is customs, tax, and duty included in free shipping?

All of our orders are shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the prices do not include any customs or import duties.

Any charges associated with a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost because customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.

It may be a good idea to check with your local customs office for current charges before placing your order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?

APO, FPO, and PO box addresses are not accepted. Moreover, for the sake of safety and security, a signature is required for the delivery of the items.

How do I track the delivery of my package?

When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email with the courier tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting the “Track Your Order” page.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

The shipping address can be changed depending on the current status of your order. If the status of your order is not shipped, please contact us via email and let us know the new address. We’ll take the necessary steps to update your address.

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier company with your order’s tracking information and requesting a change of address.

What should I do if my order hasn’t yet arrived?

How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?

Our first priority is to ship custom orders within 2-3 weeks. However, because it is a custom order, it may take longer or shorter than expected. If you have a time limit for your order, please share it with your design consultant.
