If you follow the guidelines below, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of an item.

10 Days Return & Exchange

There is a simple 10-day return policy. If you have any questions, please contact us via email and a customer service representative will respond within 48 hours (ASAP). There will be no consideration for a return after 7 days. We offer free shipping on all products. It cost us money, and we paid for it. So, all shipping costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, in the case of our error, we will bear the shipping costs.

Cancellation of the Orders

The order cancellation proposal must be sent within 24 hours, and if completed within that time frame, the entire amount will refunded to the customer’s account. If your order is processed after that time period, you will be charged a 25% service fee. To do so, please submit our Return & Exchange Form or email us at info@mensleatherwear.com within 24 hours with a photo of the defect along with the type of the fault and your order number. After that, a person from our customer service team will reach you and assist you further.
